CONFESSION: With grateful hearts, we approach Your throne of grace and mercy, O Lord. We come with humble spirits and songs of thanksgiving. Your Word reminds us that if You had not preserved a remnant, we would have become like Sodom and Gomorrah. So much is unraveling in our nation, and we need Your divine intervention.

Our land is bleeding, and our hearts are heavy. Violence has brought fear to our streets. Gunshots echo through our communities, and innocent lives are lost. Our children are exposed to so much violence that some have come to see it as a way to settle conflict. O Lord, teach us again to honor the sacred value of every human life.

We cannot point fingers at the world without first examining our own hearts. We, Your people who are called by Your name, confess that we have compromised our values. We have allowed our light to grow dim and our salt to lose its savor. Forgive our complacency, our silence in the face of injustice, and our failure to stand for what is right. We lay aside our pride and bring our broken hearts before You, in the name of Jesus.

Lord, bring deep repentance across this nation. We have strayed from Your commandments, pursued selfish desires, and ignored Your truth. We confess the greed, hatred, and divisions that have taken root among us. Give us grace to do more than express regret: help us turn from our wicked ways. Renew our hearts, purify our motives, and guide our steps back to Your righteous path, in the name of Jesus.

We have looked to human systems, political structures, and wealth to save us, and we have found that they cannot meet our deepest need. Forgive us for seeking Your hand while neglecting Your face. We turn our eyes to You and ask for Your presence, wisdom, and guidance over our land. Awaken our leaders and citizens alike, and draw us back to You, in the name of Jesus.

Your Word promises that when Your people humble themselves, pray, and seek Your face, You will hear from heaven. Let our prayers rise before You. Hear the grief of mothers, the fears of children, and the intercessions of Your faithful people. O Lord of Hosts, look with mercy upon us as we cry out to You for help, in the name of Jesus.

We plead the blood of Jesus over the sins of our land, from senseless violence to oppression and corruption. Cleanse us, from the highest offices to the humblest homes, and let Your mercy triumph over judgment. Father, heal our land. Heal broken families, fractured communities, and minds wounded by trauma. Where terror has brought devastation, let Your peace guard our hearts and Your healing reach every neighborhood, in the name of Jesus.

Raise up a generation that fears Your name and loves righteousness. Make our land a place of hope, justice, and truth. We declare that violence shall no longer be heard within our borders, nor devastation and destruction within our land. Thank You for Your mercy and for the restoration we trust You to bring. May our land live and flourish under Your protection. All glory, honor, power, and dominion belong to You, now and forever. Amen and amen.

PRAYER POINTS:

• O Lord our God and Father, we thank You for all You have done for us, even when we have been undeserving.

• Father, expose those who profit from insecurity in our community, and bring them to justice, in the name of Jesus.
• Let every stronghold of spiritual wickedness fall as the walls of Jericho fell, in the name of Jesus.
• Where the blood of innocent victims cries out in our land, let the blood of Jesus speak mercy, healing, and peace, in the name of Jesus.
• O Lord, have mercy on our families and give us victory over the forces that fuel marital conflict, in the name of Jesus.
• O Lord, revive Your church and strengthen us to stand firm against principalities and powers, in the name of Jesus.
• We ask You to protect our homes and community from tragedy and misfortune, in the name of Jesus.
• As the blood of the Passover lamb marked the homes of Your people, let the blood of Jesus cover and protect our land, in the name of Jesus.
• We declare the peace of the Prince of Peace over our homes and our community, in the name of Jesus.
• We pray for our political and spiritual leaders, beginning with our president. Grant them wisdom, integrity, and a heart to serve the people, in the name of Jesus.
• Let anyone intentionally working against the peace and prosperity be rooted out.
• O Lord, take over Your church again and build it according Your promise.
• We decree that the gates of hell will not prevail over us, in the name of Jesus.
• We commit our children to You O Lord, have Your way in their lives, in Jesus name
