Father Lord, I am grateful for not giving me the spirit of fear, but of power, love, and of a sound mind.

I am grateful unto You for the assurance that You will keep me in perfect peace because my mind is stayed on You.

I decree and declare that there is now absolutely no condemnation for me because I am firmly rooted in Christ Jesus.

I silence the voice of the accuser that constantly brings up my past failures to make me feel unworthy, in the name of Jesus.

I stand tall in my identity as the righteousness of God, washed clean and fully justified by the blood of Jesus

Father Lord, I set a holy watch over the gates of my eyes, my ears, and my heart today.

I decree that my mind will only meditate on things that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely, and of good report.

I shut the door against the gossip, malice, and negativity of this world, refusing to let them pollute my inner sanctuary.

The peace of God guards my heart like a soldier, keeping me safe from spiritual and emotional sabotage, in the name of Jesus.

I decree and declare my mind is free from all unnecessary arguments and internal strife.

I decree and declare that I will not fall into the pit of misinterpreting events or misjudging situations.

My mind will not be drawn to the worst-case scenario ever again.

I decree and declare that I am renewed in the spirit of my mind daily.

I decree and declare that I shall never be entangled in any form of mental bondage again, in the name of Jesus.

Father Lord, I command every raging storm of overthinking and mental restlessness to be still in my life right now.

I refuse to lose sleep or burn up energy over things that are completely out of my hands.

I cast all my cares, anxieties, and heavy burdens upon You, knowing with absolute certainty that You care for me.

My sleep shall be sweet, my rest shall be deep, and my waking hours shall be completely calm, in the name of Jesus.

I decree and declare that the broken pieces of my past emotional trauma are completely healed by the stripes of Jesus.

I refuse to live in the shadow of old pain, heartbreak, or the rejection of yesteryear.

The Lord restores my soul, makes my emotions whole, and leads me beside the still, peaceful waters of grace.

I am no longer fragmented, scattered, or broken; I am fully put back together by divine love, in the name of Jesus.

Father Lord, I declare that unforgiveness has no room in my heart, because I forgive just as You have forgiven me.
